1).Amazon Unveils “Buy Now, Pay Next Year” ahead of Great Indian Festival Sale-
Amazon sale offers will be the top priority of all the shoppers when the great Indian Festival sale starts, and to make if more worthy the company is providing ‘Buy Now , Pay Next Year Offer’ for the first time in India. The offer will be available to HDFC bank card holders only. The shoppers will be able to make purchases in the upcoming amazon sale, but will be required to pay installments starting January 2018 only.
The Amazon sale starts on September 21, but Prime members will have early access to sale deals from 12pm IST on September 20 itself. To coincide with the Amazon sale, the ‘Buy now, pay next year’ offer is being rolled out on September 20 for Prime members and September 21 for everyone else.
2).Google Tez Cross Over 4 Lakh Users Within 24 Hours of Launch-
Within 24 hours of Google digital payment app Tez being launched in India, Google has seen nearly 1.8 crore gross merchandise volume (GMV) done with over four lakh active users.
“In the past 24 hours, 1.8 Crore GMV done on Tez already with 410,000 active users,” a Google spokesperson told IANS on Tuesday.
Gross merchandise value or GMV is the total value of merchandise sold over a given period of time.
3).Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+ Price Cuts in India-
Samsung Galaxy S8, Galaxy S8+ price in India have been cut as part of Samsung’s Navratra Special Offer. The Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ prices have been cut by Rs. 4,000 – which should bring them down to Rs. 53,990 and Rs. 60,990 respectively. The company adds that HDFC Bank customers get a cashback of Rs. 4,000 in addition.
Notably, the updated prices are not showing on the company’s own online store yet.

While smartphone sales on a rise, there are rarely any accessory that really compliments the device. Wearables are to some extent useful but the segment seems to be struggling to find an audience. A pocket size photo printer called Sprocket launched at a price of Rs 8,999.
5).Microsoft to Cuts 4,000 jobs outside U.S-
Software giant Microsoft on Thursday confirmed speculations that had been doing rounds. Microsoft said that it would cut about 4,000 jobs in its sales and marketing department. Microsoft also said that the job cut would be likely outside the United States.
A Microsoft spokesperson said in an email on Thursday that the company is implementing changes to better serve its customers and partners.
